Parameters

file  IntPtr
Pointer to an AiFile instance
dataToWrite  IntPtr
Char* pointer to data to write (casted from a void*)
sizeOfElemInBytes  UIntPtr
Size of a single element in bytes to write
numElements  UIntPtr
Number of elements to write

Return Value

UIntPtr
Number of elements successfully written. Should be zero if either size or numElements is zero. May be less than numElements if an error occured.
