NeoAxis Cloudbox is a cloud service designed for the development and distribution of apps and games. The service primarily focuses on creating multimedia apps, particularly networked apps. However, this does not prevent it from serving as a general platform for developing any kind of apps.
The service includes a cloud component that utilizes the power of cloud providers. Developers are provided with a platform for development, preparation for distribution, and the actual distribution of products. Distribution on third-party services, such as Steam, is also supported.
The foundation of the software code for developers is the NeoAxis Engine, and in many cases, it is intended to use the engine as a .NET library. The service supports the creation of apps using any tools, including future support for game engines like Unity and Unreal Engine.
The service provides a special management desktop app for developers. It includes functionality for renting and managing servers, as well as creating projects based on those servers. The app offers extensive project management capabilities, allowing users to develop projects using useful tools, such as a file manager and a repository that supports large multimedia content hosted on the rented servers.
The service is a work in progress and will be available in 2025. A desktop app for initial testing will be available for download soon. |
