Character Type

A definition of the Character type.

Properties
Name Description
Mesh The mesh of the character.
Height The height of the character.
Radius The radius of the collision capsule.
Mass The mass of the character.
Walk Up Height The height to which the character can rise. Set 0 to disable functionality of walking up.
Walk Down Height The height to which the character can go down without start flying. Set 0 to disable functionality of walking down.
Max Slope Angle The maximum angle of the surface on which the character can stand.
Eye Position The position of the eyes relative to the position of the character.
Animate Whether to enable default animation method of the character.
Max Strength Maximum force with which the character can push other bodies (N).
Idle Animation Animation of character at rest.
Walk Forward Max Speed Maximum speed when walking forward.
Walk Backward Max Speed Maximum speed when walking backward.
Walk Side Max Speed Maximum speed when walking to a side.
Walk Animation Character walking animation.
Walk Animation Speed The multiplier for playing the walking animation depending on the speed of the character.
Run Can the character run.
Run Forward Max Speed Maximum speed when running forward.
Run Backward Max Speed Maximum speed when running backward.
Run Side Max Speed Maximum speed when running to a side.
Run Animation Character running animation.
Run Animation Speed The multiplier for playing the running animation depending on the speed of the character.
Turning Speed The speed of rotation of the character around its axis.
Turning Speed Of Looking The speed of rotation of the character looking to position.
Left Turn Animation Character left turn animation.
Right Turn Animation Character left turn animation.
Fly Animation Character flying animation.
Fly Control Can a character control himself in flight.
Fly Control Max Speed Maximum speed of character control in flight.
Jump Can the character jump.
Jump Speed The vertical speed of a jump.
Jump Animation Character jump animation.
Die Animation The animation of dying.
Sit Butt Height The distance from the bottom to the butt when the character is sitting.
Sit Animation The animation of sitting.
Sit Test Whether to enable sitting test in the editor to calibrate SitButtHeight.
Upper Part Bone The name of the root bone of upper part of the model.
Left Hand Bone The name of the left hand bone.
Right Hand Bone The name of the right hand bone.
Finger Bone Format The format of naming for finger bones.
Head Bone The name of the head body.
Left Leg Bone The name of the left leg bone.
Right Leg Bone The name of the right leg bone.
Footstep Sound The sound of footstep when walking or running.
Rifle Aiming Idle Animation Animation of character at rest with the rifle.
Rifle Aiming Walk Animation Character walking animation with the aiming rifle.
Rifle Aiming Walk Animation Speed The multiplier for playing the walking animation depending on the speed of the character.
Item Holding Idle Animation Animation of character at rest with the rifle.
One Handed Melee Weapon Idle Animation Animation of character at rest with one-handed melee weapon.
