	MakeEndPoint	Creates an IPEndPoint from a host string and a port.
	ResolveAddress(String)	Resolves a host string into an IPAddress.
	ResolveAddress(String, AddressFamily)	Resolves a host string using DNS for a specific AddressFamily.
