addressIPv4  IPAddress

bind to specific ipv4 address

addressIPv6  IPAddress

bind to specific ipv6 address

port  Int32

port to listen

manualMode  Boolean

When , disables internal background threads.
You must manually call PollEvents and ManualUpdate(Single).

Can be used when e.g. 10,000 instances are running on the same machine, reducing the amount of threads used.
