Non-Commercial License

Overview

If your product is not intended to be sold and does not include the NeoAxis Engine for resale, license or other commercial distribution, then the use of NeoAxis Engine is free. Yes that's right, free from license fees!

Non-Commercial SDK has a limited functionality. For access to more functionality, see our licenses comparison table.

Conditions/Limitations

  • No license fee for non-commercial use of NeoAxis.
  • When using this license, the NeoAxis Engine cannot be used for resale or other commercial distribution.
  • This license cannot be used for products which do not make profit but are still released commercially.

Indie License

Overview

This license is perfect for small project game developers. This license gives access to the full functionality of the engine as well as all required access to the source code of the engine components.

Conditions/Limitations

  • This license is only for game products.
  • The licence can be aquired in two types: for single developers (Personal license, 1 developer) or for team/company (Team license, 2-5 developers).
  • 2 years of free updates.
  • Subscription scheme for updates after free update period.
  • No limitations to the amount of projects.
  • The revenue from the product should not exceed 10,000 USD, otherwise the licence has to be upgraded to the Commercial License.
  • Must display the engine logo upon startup of the product.
  • Personal license can be upgraded to Team license (for the cost of difference).
  • Upgradeable to Commercial License (for the cost of difference).
  • Royalty free.
