Now that Mac support is fine, I think that Linux support will be much more easier to implement than mobile platforms one.
So, a good idea may be implementing Linux in a short timeline and then run again a poll to decide which mobile platform to implement first.

IOs and Android. Lots engines support ios (or android) but rare have both.

I think...

IOS should be priority, second one ANDROID etc...
I think if neoaxis can deploy games for android,ios and for 95$. That would be very popular engine...
but im not sure with c# for IOS, monotouch? this is not free ($399) :|

NA may require a large market share, if it was ported to the mobile, because the unity and Shiva have high price tags, when you want to use their business or use any advanced rendering capabilities.
