I need a small program that I can start up and give it a .mesh file as input argument. The program must be written on top of NeoAxis engine.
Inside the program I want to be able to view the product (3D model) rotate it and view it from all sides, zoom, etc.

The zoom, pan, rotate functionality shall be the same as in Deep Exploration (you can download a free trail to compare)
Download Deep Exploration

The background, floorplane, shadows, anti aliasing and light settings shall also be the same as the default in Deep Exploration.

Please send me an email if you can make this application for me and tell me how many days you need for the job and a fixed bid. Also write a little about how much experience you have with NeoAxis and links to stuff you have made.
